Eric Holland and the law firm of Holland Groves Schneller & Stolze, LLC, along with co-counsel, filed a Notice of Settlement of a nationwide class action involving allegedly defective wire harnesses in certain VW Jetta vehicles. The judge presiding over the litigation, The Honorable Michael J. Reagan, issued an order approving the parties’ proposed schedule for seeking approval of the settlement. If finally approved by the court, the settlement will provide cash payments and extended warranty coverage for affected parts.
