Michael Vogt

Michael was admitted to practice law in the Missouri and Federal Courts in 1997. His primary duty at the Holland Law Firm is administration and litigation in matters representing plaintiffs who have been injured by being exposed to products containing asbestos.

Committed to the cause of justice, Michael served in the Missouri House of Representatives from 2003 through 2011 as a member of the judiciary committee. In addition to his service to his constituents, his fundamental focus as a legislator was working to ensure the rights of plaintiffs in the civil litigation process.

He has conducted numerous jury and bench trials on behalf of plaintiffs and has appeared before the Missouri Court of Appeals, the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation and numerous other agencies.

Mr. Vogt was also elected as a member of the Affton High School (Missouri) Hall of Fame and is a member in good standing of several civic and community organizations. He is married with two children and resides in St. Louis.
