Eric Holland Appointed to Executive Committee for National Product Liability Litigation in Illinois

HGSS Managing Partner Eric D. Holland was recently appointed to the Executive Committee for the IKO Shingle MultiDistrict Litigation (MDL) pending in Urbana, Illinois.  This litigation is a consolidation of class action cases filed across the United States involving a variety of alleged defects in certain IKO roofing shingles.
